Sales conditions

The present general conditions are recalled in the individual Orders; any provisions notwithstanding the provisions provided for therein shall be effective only if expressly accepted in writing by the parties. These general conditions are effective until they have been expressly revoked by the Supplier or are replaced by new conditions.
